Our aim is to support tourism operators to be accessible to all people ensuring that visitors with specific needs can enjoy the many attractions and activities available in Northland and will want to return with their family and friends.

We are passionate about providing current and accurate information about the availability of accessible tourism providers in Northland so that everybody can experience the vibrant and beautiful place we call home.

Copthorne Hotel & Resort Bay of Islands
A superb waterfront location in the heart of the Bay of Islands, offering uninterrupted Bay views surrounded by 60 acres of subtropical gardens and part of the historic Waitangi Treaty Grounds.
We are probably the first major hotel in New Zealand to have a mobility scooter available for hire; we also offer BUPA Medical alarms to guests who have concerns about having a medical incident, while staying with us.
